📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM. • Responsibilities: A dedicated Marketing and PR Assistant will be crucial for the success of our companies. • This role will help you effectively promote your ambitious $100 million real estate development project while also supporting your film production ventures. • By having a full-time professional managing your marketing efforts across both industries, you’ll be able to create cohesive branding strategies, generate buzz for your projects, and ultimately drive success for both your real estate and entertainment endeavors. • Create and manage innovative promotional campaigns for both the real estate projects and film productions. • Develop and distribute press releases to media outlets for both ventures. • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media and websites. • Support the rebranding efforts. • Contribute to marketing strategies for the $100 million real estate development project, including wellness centers, lodges, and retail spaces. • Collaborate on marketing initiatives for film productions. • Provide creative input and ideas for overall marketing direction.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing and public relations • Strong creative skills and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience in content creation and social media management • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different industries • Adaptability to work in both real estate and entertainment sectors • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on marketing campaign performance
