• This is a remote position. • Schedule: Total hours: 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Riviera Beach, FL time (or 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila time) • With 1 hour unpaid break in between • Client location or time zone: Riviera Beach, FL, USA - EDT • Company/client overview: The client is a third party insurance broker. • Responsibilities: Responsible for onboarding new customers, Assist with policy changes, policy applications, policy renewals, billing, and claims management • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction • Keep records of customer interactions • Process customer accounts and file documents • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication • Meet annual cross-sale and customer referral goals • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. • Take the extra mile to engage customers
