Description

• Support the Manager, Workers’ Compensation in overseeing multi-jurisdictional programs • Ensure TPA service level performance and regulatory compliance • Daily oversight and interaction with TPA for SI program • Participate in quarterly TPA claim reviews • Complete workers’ compensation insurance renewal applications • Oversight of OSHA record keeping, including Serious Event Reporting • Recommend claims for settlement authority and investigation • Monitor subrogation and excess insurance recoveries

Requirements

• Required Minimum Education: 4 year/ Bachelors Degree • Specialty/Major: Human Resources, Finance, Healthcare, Business • Minimum Years and Type of Experience: 3-5 years of prior experience with workers’ compensation claims administration • Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Works Independently, takes initiative and innovative work practices. • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, working knowledge FMLA/ADA • Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: Workday, Kronos, Risk Management Information Systems, multi-jurisdictional workers’ compensation claims administration
