Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients. • Develop and pitch multi-channel communication strategies. • Drive sales initiatives by expanding client relationships. • Manage large client engagements. • Oversee the deliverable development process. • Stay updated on trends and regulatory changes. • Continuously refine communication approaches based on feedback.

Requirements

• 7 - 10 years of experience in employee communication and change management with a corporation or consulting firm/agency. • Bachelor’s degree in communication, business or public relations. • Knowledge of current communication and change management trends and related technology (e.g. digital and social media). • Strong written and oral communication skills, demonstrating creativity and technical expertise. • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and carry out well-defined assignments. • Experience in client management. • Experience working in teams, and proven ability to leverage other internal resources. • Experience working with in-house designers, agencies or other creative partners. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Benefits communication experience is a bonus.
