Description

• Build and Manage our Company Internal Playbooks and Systems, which include but are not limited to: • Design new company communications tools and processes to ignite Employee Engagement and Cultural Principles, for example via new company newsletters and fireside chats • Lead our company weekly All Hands to galvanize our culture and progress towards our mission • Support Employee and People Team Communications • Revamp our Company Surveys strategies -- from leading our bi-yearly Company Engagement and DEI&B Survey, to supporting new survey strategy & analysis • Ignite employee brand communications externally

Requirements

• You have a minimum of 5-years of experience working on Communications -- including experience working at a high growth technology start-up and collaborating with People and Exec Teams • You are extremely skillful and passionate about Employee Experience and Internal Communications • You love to build new things optimizing for scale, efficiency and engagement
