Description

β€’ Join a fast-paced, challenging work environment where you’ll have the opportunity to develop and implement cutting-edge technology while fostering both personal and professional growth. β€’ This role focuses on building benefits, enrollment, and HRIS web-based software solutions. β€’ Develop and maintain web-based software applications using ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server. β€’ Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in line with industry best practices. β€’ Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine user requirements. β€’ Troubleshoot and debug software to optimize performance and user experience. β€’ Integrate front-end components with JavaScript, jQuery, React, and modern frameworks like Angular. β€’ Develop and maintain APIs to enable seamless communication between applications. β€’ Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. β€’ Manage source control and deployment using Git and AWS environments. β€’ Stay current with emerging trends and technologies to enhance development practices. β€’ Document technical specifications, processes, and updates for team and stakeholder use.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience in software development. β€’ Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server. β€’ Skilled in JavaScript and jQuery. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency. β€’ Ability to translate business process impacts into application changes. β€’ Basic understanding of interfacing systems. β€’ Adaptability to rapidly changing market requirements. β€’ Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow-through. β€’ Experience with Angular or React (preferred). β€’ Familiarity with Git for version control (preferred). β€’ Background in Agile methodologies (preferred). β€’ Experience building and maintaining APIs (preferred). β€’ AWS knowledge and experience (preferred).
