Description

•We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative to join our growing Sales team at Bucketlist Rewards! •As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by strategically sourcing and qualifying new sales opportunities. •You will be conducting high level conversations with HR Executives to drive new business and achieve your monthly quota of qualified sales opportunities. •Bucketlist Rewards provides a leading B2B SaaS solution that allows organizations to introduce an effective rewards and recognition program to its workforce. •The anticipated on target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $85,000 CAD. The starting base salary will be $60,000 CAD.

Requirements

•1-2 years’ experience with high-volume sales outreach and relationship building •Comfortable with outbound motion and conversing with people •Strong communication skills, both written and verbal •Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot) and sales technologies (for example, LinkedIn) •Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets •Resilience and ability to handle rejection •Active listening and empathy skills •Time management and organizational abilities •Adaptability and quick learning aptitude •Bonus Points for: Familiarity with social selling and LinkedIn Sales Navigator •B2B SaaS experience •Creative problem-solving skills to address organizational needs
