Description

• The Operations Specialist will take control of daily processes and operational tasks, driving continuous improvement to enhance customer outcomes, increase business efficiency, and create a more enjoyable work environment for staff. • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Advanced Services group. • Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of Pentest, Red Team, and other services. • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain service quality. • Lead efforts to optimize and streamline delivery processes within the team. • Analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement. • Collect, analyze, and report on key metrics, including both leading and trailing indicators. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau and Salesforce. • Manage the team’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Lead and manage projects related to process improvements and operational efficiency. • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the team. • Act as the right hand to the VP of Advanced Services, providing strategic support and insights.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in operations within a tech industry professional or managed services business. • Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus. • Proven experience in process optimization, project management, and data analysis. • Strong project management and business analysis skills. • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Gainsight, and Salesforce • Experience in data analysis using Tableau or other tools is a plus. • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 or business analysis or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus.
