• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing and social media management, with a focus on multi-channel campaign management. • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. • Exceptional English writing and communication skills. • Interest in and knowledge of AI and Web3, with a preference for experience in GenAI, DeFi/Crypto, or fintech. • Deep understanding of degen culture, memes, and web3 lingo. • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and analyze performance metrics. • Strong multitasking skills, with the capability to handle various tasks and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Experience working in a remote setup and collaborating with teams across global time zones and diverse backgrounds. • Strategic thinker with a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
