•Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with exposure to multiple marketing channels. •Proven expertise in leveraging paid tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Business Manager, and other performance marketing platforms. •Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and translating insights into actionable marketing strategies, aka data-driven decision-making. •Advanced knowledge of tools like Excel and Google Analytics; familiarity with platforms like Superset or MySQL is a plus. •Ability to balance data-driven decision-making with appreciating what works creatively to engage audiences. •Experience working closely with creative teams to develop marketing concepts that drive conversions. •Excellent project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external agencies. •Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex ideas effectively. •Experience guiding messaging for Social Media, PR, SEO, and Email teams to achieve cohesive campaigns and brand excellence.
