β€’ Engage with customers as the first point of contact for support β€’ Work to achieve first-call resolution for technical challenges β€’ Troubleshoot errors and resolve issues β€’ Proactively communicate updates to customers β€’ Contribute to the knowledge management system through article management

Requirements

β€’ Fluent in Dutch β€’ Proven track record of delivering incredible customer experiences through client/customer facing interaction β€’ Quick learner who can confidently articulate software-related and technical concepts β€’ Deep caring and critical thinking around problem resolution β€’ 1-3 years’ experience in technical troubleshooting in a B2C or B2B environment (bonus) β€’ 1+ year of experience in delivering software support (bonus) β€’ 1+ year of recent hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server) (bonus)
