Description

•The Transformational Analyst role at Davies is instrumental in driving the successful integration of newly acquired companies by analyzing, optimizing, and transforming business processes across the organization. •The Analyst will collaborate with various functional teams to ensure that integration efforts are aligned with strategic goals, and that business operations are seamlessly aligned post-acquisition. •A really exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our M&A activities, influence transformation efforts and help to maximize the value of our acquisitions, whilst upskill and learning from high-performing people around you.

Requirements

•Strong experience in business transformation, process analysis, or M&A integration, ideally within a corporate or consulting environment •Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business processes and extract actionable insights from data •Solid understanding of process mapping, business process improvement, and lean methodologies •Experience with process design tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or other BPMN tools) and data visualization platforms (e.g., BusinessOptix, PowerBI, Tableau) •Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable way •Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment •Knowledge of change management principles and techniques is a plus! •Inquisitive and eager to learn and develop themselves and others
