Description

• Develop cross-channel media strategies (e.g., paid search, paid social, display, video, and audio) • Manage and develop team of media specialists • Refine media reporting practices • Develop RFPs and solicit plans from partners • Develop, manage, and refine budgets on behalf of clients • Communicate and consult with clients • Collaborate with SEO, Content and Account teams on overarching strategy • Stay up to date on the latest paid media trends and capabilities • Assist in the development of high-level paid media strategy for new business pitches • Create and maintain relationships with media vendors and partners

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in paid media and social, having developed strategy and executed campaigns across all digital paid media channels, including search, display, social, video, shopping, and native advertising • Preferred Certifications: Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft • Excellent research and analytical skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience in Google Analytics, GA4, and Google Tag Manager • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure • Client-facing and public speaking experience • Proven ability to translate high-level client goals into paid media strategy
