β€’ Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns β€’ Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues β€’ Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate β€’ Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments β€’ Track all call related information for and reporting purposes β€’ Provide feedback on call issues

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or equivalent β€’ 6 months Customer Service experience minimum (not required) β€’ Be proficient in PC operation and navigation β€’ Have excellent communications skills, both oral and written β€’ Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast paced environment β€’ Ability to stay composed and objective β€’ Strong listening skills
