Description

• Design, deploy, and manage devices through Microsoft AutoPilot and Intune. • Design, deploy, maintain, and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments. • Implement Nerdio for AVD management to streamline deployment. • Monitor and maintain performance of end-user computing systems. • Provide technical support for device management and virtualization issues. • Develop and document processes related to end-user computing services.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Microsoft AutoPilot, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Nerdio. • Strong understanding of cloud-based device management and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI). • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and security best practices. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and documentation skills to effectively share knowledge with other team members. • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation. • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and identity management. • Experience with SCCM. • Microsoft certifications related to AutoPilot, Intune, or Azure Virtual Desktop are a plus.
