📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Business Financial Group (BFG) is a premier accounting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our virtual team. • This role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication, providing top-tier client support, and maintaining an efficient operational workflow. • The CSA will dedicate four hours daily to client support and four hours to sales support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. • Minimum of two years of experience in client service. • Proven experience in project, task, and ticket management. • Exceptional customer service and account management skills. • Strong team player with the ability to work independently. • Confident decision-maker with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). • Highly organized with attention to detail. • Proficient in technology and eager to learn new software. • Strong soft sales skills and the ability to engage prospective clients.
