Description

• Drive execution and deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience • Partner with teams to review capacity and performance • Act as client escalation point for service delivery concerns • Provide performance reports to client leadership • Conduct strategy meetings with Customer Success team • Manage and train team members for success • Ensure execution against Annual Enrollment activities • Participate in sales finalist meetings and presentations • Engage in ongoing educational opportunities

Requirements

• 8+ years progressive experience in Benefit Administration • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or similar field preferred • Experience with Technology, Health & Welfare Benefits, Human Resources preferred • Strong relationship and project management skills • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form • Resourceful and creative problem solver • Tech savvy and comfortable with new technology • Desire for continuous learning • Availability to travel up to 15%
