📋 Description
• Acts as primary contact for large-scale clients during discovery phase. • Gathers, analyzes and documents business requirements. • Leads discovery sessions for detailed business requirements. • Serves as subject matter expert for clients regarding delivery model. • Assesses and mitigates project discovery risk. • Communicates project expectations and progress to stakeholders. • Participates in business development to increase revenue opportunities. • Demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment. • May perform other duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years proven experience in benefit administration industry • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Health & Welfare benefits administration or Consulting, Client Onboarding or IT consulting • Strong quantitative/analytical skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to work within tight delivery timeframes • Fluency with MS Office tools, including Access, Project, and Visio • Experience leading multiple strategic, complex projects successfully • Experience defining, documenting processes, and driving improvement via metrics.
