Description

• Responsible for analysis, design, implementation of compensation programs • Provides consultation on industry best practices in compensation • Role involves supporting HR on compensation programs • Conducts analytical studies in compensation areas • Analyzes market trends and makes recommendations for pay adjustments • Provides training and guidance on compensation programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance preferred • 5-7 years of experience in compensation analysis required • Knowledge of compensation policies and practices, as well as federal and state wage and hour law • Advanced MS Excel experience (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas) • Strong knowledge of competitive market/salary surveys • Strong analytical skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of managers and employees • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
