Description
• Responsible for analysis, design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation programs • Provide support to HR and business professionals • Apply knowledge and expertise in compensation best practices • Perform complex analytical studies • Conduct research, evaluation, and analyses of market research • Prepare written exhibits, summaries and recommendations • Provide advice, guidance and training to managers • Participate in compensation survey benchmarking • Partner with external survey vendors • Keep up to date with compensation laws and regulations • Support other Total Rewards projects as needed
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance preferred • 5-7 years of experience in compensation analysis required • Knowledge of compensation policies and practices • Advanced MS Excel experience • Strong knowledge of competitive market/salary surveys • Strong analytical skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
