Description
• Assist in supporting data gathering, analysis and reporting for resilience data • Analyze continuity and resilience data to provide reporting dashboards • Plan, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using visualization tools • Present outcomes in written and verbal format to customers and senior management • Maintain cross-functional relationships to enhance continuity and resilience across National IT and the Federal Reserve System • Identify and implement opportunities to automate technical solutions • Use Agile methodology and JIRA to enable development work
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field • 6 to 9 years of practical experience in data collection, analysis, dashboard development, and reporting • Knowledge of organizational resilience, data visualization, data preparation, data extract, transfer, load processes • Experience with Agile methodology and tools (JIRA) • Working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and data manipulation (SQL, Python, R) • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy • Ability to tailor communications to their appropriate audience and present information in a credible, confident, and influential manner • Ability to lead colleagues in data analysis discussions to understand trends and outcomes based on the data
