Description

• Play a crucial role in Stryker's Transformation Strategies business. • Support Stryker's offense in the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Neurotechnology markets. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Flex Financial, and Customer Solutions Operations. • Deliver post-deal services and support to customers through periodic business reviews. • Plan, coordinate, compile, analyze, and deliver customer business reviews for multi-divisional long-term sales agreements. • Ensure customer satisfaction through teamwork, problem-solving, honesty, and a high level of customer service. • Drive operational excellence through capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives. • Contribute to a transparent and ethical team environment, promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required. • 4+ years of professional experience required. • Demonstrated analytical and effective decision-making abilities. • Ability to be flexible and adjust to new situations and challenges. • Strong ability to work independently within defined deadlines and manage multiple commitments. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP & Model N. • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.
