Description
• As a Lead Analyst in Reporting Solutions, you will play a crucial role in Stryker's Transformation Strategies business. • Supporting Stryker's offense in the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Neurotechnology markets. • Collaborate with post sale support functions on customer requirements and ad hoc requests. • Manage a diverse portfolio of geographically dispersed customers. • Ensure customer satisfaction through teamwork, problem-solving, honesty, and a high level of customer service. • Drive operational excellence through capacity planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and timely and accurate deliverables.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required. • 4+ years of professional experience required. • Demonstrated analytical and effective decision-making abilities. • Ability to be flexible and adjust to new situations and challenges. • Strong ability to work independently within defined deadlines and manage multiple commitments. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP & Model N. • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.
