Description

• Lead the BTK Degrader within Hematology. • Define and oversee global clinical development strategy. • Continuously refine development plans and craft an integrated development timeline. • Partner with GPTL and facilitate collaboration across teams. • Lead proactive risk management efforts and provide medical oversight for clinical trials. • Operate with strategic autonomy within the DCT, driving program-level decisions. • Foster transparent communication across the organization. • Cultivate and mentor a team of Medical Directors. • Offer strategic guidance during health authority interactions.

Requirements

• Education: MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline. • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology drug development. • In-depth knowledge of clinical development, regulatory requirements, and commercialization processes. • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience working with global teams and regulatory agencies.
