• Serve as a first point of contact for employees, managers and HR Business Partners in multiple countries in Europe and New Markets, including France, providing high quality HR advice and guidance with a focus on excellent customer service on a wide range of HR activities and processes • Manage core HR processes including on-boarding, off-boarding, absence management and benefit administration • Responsible for creating new starter offer documentation and for processing all HR associated onboarding activities • Provide subject matter expertise in HR processes, policies and systems • Support annual HR processes including compensation planning and talent management • Participate in the design and testing when implementing new Workday modules and enhancements • Create and maintain high quality SOPs • Troubleshoot system issues to ensure smooth processes • Perform data entry across a range of HR systems • Manage employee files and related documentation in HR systems • Ensure compliance with appropriate data protection legislation at all times • Liaise with internal departments and third-party service providers as necessary • Contribute to wider projects and initiatives within the HR Operations team • Identify process improvements by identifying issues, process delays and quality problems and recommending solutions
• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of relevant experience is required • Must have significant, relevant experience working in HR Operations in EMEA and a deep expertise in France • Business fluency in English and French is required. • Must have strong working knowledge of Workday HR modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding • Must have an interest and understanding of general HR policies and procedures • Will have a strong customer service orientation while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality • Must have a growth mindset and be able to re-think our approach to the way we work and want to create better experiences for our customers • Must possess solid verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills • Must be able to identify critical situations and take action to escalate where necessary • Must demonstrate the ability to work in a team • Must be able to multitask yet remain detailed-oriented with sound time management skills • Must possess strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook skills • Must be able to perform work under minimal supervision
