📋 Description

• Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Senior Director of Project Development (Biosolids)! • Focus on transforming waste processing to resource recovery. • Develop regional biosolids facilities to process 150,000 – 300,000 wet tons per year. • Craft and execute strategic sales plans and prepare impactful sales forecasts. • Research, identify, and analyze emerging trends and seize new business opportunities. • Partner with local stakeholders to navigate regulatory requirements and project timelines. • Conduct customer tours and ensure compliance with industry regulations. • Support the development of preliminary facility design and capital cost estimates. • Demonstrate collaborative behavior with colleagues and communicate effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the biosolids, wastewater treatment, or related environmental services industries. • Strong local network within biosolids industry preferred. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans and achieving revenue growth. • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders. • A demonstrated track record of developing successful projects is highly desirable. • Deep understanding of the biosolids and wastewater treatment industry, including regulatory and compliance requirements. • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. • Minimum requirement for all positions is a high school diploma or GED. • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language, as well as well-developed negotiation and presentation skills.
