You’ll work closely with hiring managers at varying levels of the business, leverage innovative sourcing methods and strong evaluation tactics to build a high-caliber talent pipeline to meet hiring goals. • This is a hybrid type of recruiting role that will allow the opportunity to support other areas of the business with recruiting efforts as needed and gain exposure to other departments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance high-volume recruiting, can operate under pressure, and incorporate personalized engagement strategies into their daily recruiting efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6-8 years of proven experience in technical recruiting in high-growth tech companies or startups. • Deep understanding of software development, cloud computing, and other technical domains. • Strong interpersonal communication skills – you can connect easily with all types of personalities and working styles! • Ability/flexibility to support searches in other areas of the business as needed. • Proficiency with ATS platforms and Linkedin Recruiter. • Experience using AI-driven recruitment tools and automation platforms. • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and improve processes. • Passion for staying ahead of recruiting trends and innovation.
