• National Recruiters are primary contact for thousands of nurses. • Responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and selling contract healthcare jobs nationwide. • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and weekly metrics. • Proactively source applicants for open positions. • Maintain professional relations with nurses and clients. • Negotiate placement packages with nurses including compensation, fees, and housing allowances. • Communicate outcomes of negotiations and provide clear details to nurses and sales team. • Provide follow-through and maintain ongoing contact with travelers on assignment.
