Description

• Client Success Manager is primary liaison between Buyapowa and Clients. • Manage clients based in Canada and the USA. • Drive value and engagement leading to renewals and expansion. • Analyze data to provide recommendations for campaign success. • Educate clients on best practices for referral marketing campaigns. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders. • Identify risks and mitigate churn. • Participate in contract renewal opportunities. • Be the voice of the customer to internal teams. • Attend internal meetings to provide insights on key clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in enterprise account management or client success within SaaS. • Self-starter thriving in an entrepreneurial environment. • Enjoys building strong working relationships. • Energetic problem solver putting the client first. • Confident with data and reporting. • Passionate about technology and selling through referral. • Highly motivated to drive own success. • Team player contributing to constant improvement.
