• About Buynomics: This role requires working remotely from the EU, aligning with Eastern Standard Time (EST) for close collaboration with the U.S. team • Buynomics is the next-generation SaaS company in pricing and product optimization, employing large-scale simulation technologies to digitize customers and predict their purchase behavior, making data-driven decisions faster and more precisely • As our Business Development Representative, you’ll drive growth by using a blend of cold calling and innovative outreach methods to build a strong foundation for our sales pipeline • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop targeted strategies and refine qualification processes • Hit quarterly goals for initial meetings with qualified prospects
• Experience: 1-2 years in a Business Development or similar sales role within a high outbound B2B SaaS environment • Drive and Independence: You are competitive, self-motivated, and able to manage your time effectively • Strong Communication Skills: Confidence in cold and warm calling to present Buynomics, identify needs, and overcome objections • Growth Mindset: A proactive approach with a desire to challenge the norm, learn from peers, and share best practices • Languages: Fluent English is required; German, Spanish, or another European language is a strong advantage • Tools Knowledge: Experience with sales tools (e.g., Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) and CRM upkeep (e.g., HubSpot) • Industry Experience: Prior work in a startup, SaaS, or cloud/technology space, ideally in early-stage ventures • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field • Proven Success: A track record of achievement academically, in sports, or through extracurricular activities
