Description

• Analyze client information and develop strategic communications. • Manage customer delivery activities and ensure successful engagement. • Lead and motivate staff, build and manage project teams. • Ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget. • Develop and manage content strategies for multiple channels. • Oversee the creation of communication materials. • Lead crisis communications efforts. • Track and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts. • Ensure all communications are consistent with brand guidelines. • Facilitate workshops and training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. • 8 years of experience in strategic communications, client engagement, or a related discipline. • Experience working within a Program Management Office (PMO). • Experience managing complex communication projects. • Strong ability to develop and implement strategic communications plans. • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
