• About Blue Water Thinking • Blue Water Thinking is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Controls Analyst. • This role will be critical in providing cost analysis, forecasting, and reporting support to the CFO and Program/Project Managers. • The Project Controls Analyst will also play a key role in supporting Unanet ERP/CRM implementation and administration. • Key Responsibilities: Provide cost and ad hoc analyses and reports to BWT’s CFO and Program/Project Managers. • Assist with the development and maintenance of Estimates at Completion (EAC), Estimates to Complete (ETC), forecasting, and baseline development using MS Excel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in project controls, program finance, estimating/pricing, or program/project management, with tasks such as: • Managing labor resources and hours. • Developing program budgets and forecasts. • Developing risk management and change control processes.
