Description

• As the Head of Retained Creative // Senior Creative, you will be responsible for leading the creative service within our retained teams, primarily our Strategically-Led Team. • Work alongside the Account Strategists and Heads of Merchant Strategy to maximise the creative opportunities within our client portfolio. • Solve problems creatively using your broad range of experience across UI/UX design. • Work closely with data provided by the Account Strategists to create seamless, performance driven designs for our clients eCommerce websites. • Manage a range of projects simultaneously, from small PDP improvements to larger, bespoke user journeys. • Surround yourself with creative support from the Creative Director and team of designers as well as the Account Strategists.

Requirements

• In depth working knowledge of Figma • Up to date knowledge of industry trends • An interest in user experience research and how it can be applied to design • A genuine interest in eCommerce design and an awareness of how to optimise the sales funnel through design • Ability to solve complex UX issues with well-structured UI • Pay close attention to, and learn from, A/B tests carried out within the Strategy Team and apply this knowledge to all future creative work
