• About Stadium • Stadium is a global group gifting, swag, rewards and recognition platform. • This Marketing role at Stadium provides a unique opportunity as we look to create a new and improved marketing strategy from the ground up. • We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Specialist with a robust background in B2B marketing. • Work closely with the CEO and other marketing teams to implement a comprehensive strategy that aligns with business goals • Analyze trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to inform decision-making • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate leads • Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, presenting insights and recommendations for improvement • Foster relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for marketing efforts • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously refine and optimize marketing strategies • Ability to monitor ROI on PPC campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or experience in a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role with a focus on strategy and analytics • Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing approaches • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • A vision to synthesize various marketing elements into a unified strategy • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hubspot, Microsoft Clarity a big plus
