• TEEI welcomes mentors from a variety of professional backgrounds, including: • Technology & Engineering – Software development, data analytics, AI, cybersecurity. • Marketing & Business – Digital marketing, finance, sales, project management. • Education & Coaching – Training, career advising, leadership development. • Consulting & Nonprofit Work – Policy, social impact, community development. • At least three years of professional experience in their field. • Strong communication and coaching skills to guide mentees effectively. • A desire to contribute a few hours per month to mentoring sessions.
