📋 Description

• Responsible for the oversight and performance of Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialists • Drives resolution, collection and disposition of unpaid customer invoices • Supports AR and Collections Specialists with complex customer scenarios • Partners with sales leadership to effectively reduce and maintain DSO • Assumes responsibility for administration, training and personnel duties

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college degree in Accounting or business related field or equivalent experience • Three or more years supervisory and management experience • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Strong computer skills including, MS Excel, Word, MS Great Plains, and E-Enterprise • Advanced problem solving and financial reconciliation skills • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail • Five or more years of accounting and administrative experience • Previous experience in the telecommunications industry
