📋 Description

• Learns the fundamentals of Project Management • Becomes familiar with Project reporting, focusing on a Project status, change process and status dashboard • Becomes familiar with Smartsheet, an enterprise planning environment, and how to use Project plans to support project dashboard views • Assists in updates and reporting to ensure data is accurate • Documents at least one area for process improvement and reviews potential for implementation with leadership • Collaborates in developing a communication plan for managing recommended change • Creates appropriate approach to track metrics for uptake of proposed changes to contracts • Supports the Project management team with day-to-day work that covers various activities across the department • Participates in project status meetings, and assists with minutes and follow up as needed • Assists in the completion of projects and/or process improvements, as assigned • Participates in department and/or staff meetings

• Ability to think strategically and take on open-ended problems • Ability to work independently and in teams • Solid MS office suite skills • Strong people skills to build relationships with our project managers and leaders • Detail-oriented and organized
