🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS, healthtech, or a CX-related role. • Experience with various project management methodologies such as Agile, Kaban, Scrum, or Waterfall • Strong understanding of customer success, support, or client onboarding processes. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar. • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. • Critical thinker with a natural curiosity to problem solve and drive improvements. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. • Ability to work independently, with general direction and guidance. • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with internal and external customer stakeholders, including senior leadership
