📋 Description

• The Sales Operations Support Rep is responsible for managing back-office transactions to process sales orders. • Typical duties may include sales assistance, sales order processing, order tracking and ensuring the overall accuracy of the ordering process. • The Sales Ops Support Rep provides customers with feedback regarding order status and escalates exceptions or excessive delays to their manager. • The Sales Ops Support Rep may also assist in the resolution of customer issues ensuring total customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Organized and detail-oriented • Ability to work independently and exercise judgement and decision making • Excellent customer service skills • Proficient with all computer programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint • Previous experience with sales software such as CRM or ERP systems • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to handle multiple demand, competing priorities and rapid change
