📋 Description

• Provides support to Account Manager and customers during the order fulfillment process. • Handles incoming calls and assists on calls as needed. • Places orders for the Account Manager. • Follows up on orders to ensure satisfactory delivery. • Prepares quotes and researches customer product questions. • Assists with bids and order preparation. • Serves customers at the highest level to assist in closing potential sales. • Assists Account Manager with stock and shipping issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office knowledge. • Organized with ability to multitask and manage priorities. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Adaptable with ability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Detail oriented with meticulous attention to detail. • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. • Ability to provide exceptional customer service. • Ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally.
