📋 Description
• Responsible for defining and developing business plans, processes, policies, roles, and responsibilities. • Duties include developing strategic plans, conducting research, performing cost/benefit analyses, implementing process improvements, and facilitating organizational change. • Provide testing support ensuring functional business owner needs are met and defects are identified. • Analyze project’s Functional Requirements and write appropriate test cases.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, engineering, or physical science. • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Software/System Testing, Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, or Business Process Improvement. • Requires active SECRET Clearance. • Knowledge of Military or Navy Personnel systems, data, and business rules. • Ability to work as a team member in a diverse group.
