📋 Description
• Consult with partners and store leaders on training needs, performance management, and more. • Collaborate with field leadership and store partners to align HR strategies with business goals. • Act as primary point of contact for partners and store leadership on addressing partner concerns. • Support talent development initiatives, collaborating with leaders on talent assessment processes. • Participate in talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent. • Assist with leadership onboarding programs for new store leaders. • Conduct field visits when needed to support labor relations and engagement.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a retail or field-based environment • Combination of experience and education may be considered • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred • Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams • Familiarity with retail industry dynamics and challenges • Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to travel 25% of the time
