• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent. • At least 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role. • Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, ideally within an IT industry. • Experience in scaling HR functions for a growing company. • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. • Strong understanding of HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. • Expertise in HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and other HR software. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. • Proven coaching abilities, coaching employees and managers at all levels. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
