📋 Description

• Performs a wide variety of complex, diverse, technical, and confidential analytical tasks of the Human Resources Department, including confidential work related to employee compensation, discipline, and bargaining. • Independently performs a wide variety of complex, diverse, technical, and confidential analytical tasks, in the operation and maintenance of the full range of functions for the Human Resources department of Calbright College. • Assists in planning, and coordination of the operational and directive functions including but not limited to HR functional areas such as recruitment, sourcing quality candidates , classification and compensation development, leave of absence administration, payroll, performance evaluation, employee records and employee relations. • Provides support to benefits administration, preparation of data and information for collective bargaining, and other related work. • Promotes engagement and teamwork by jumping in where needed without hesitation. • Support the day-to-day Human Resources operations including recruiting, onboarding, compensation changes, offboarding, reporting and other HR related and confidential functions as needed. • Full cycle recruitment for exempt and nonexempt staff including kickoff meetings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, administering skills tests, creating offer letters, and ensuring compliance with policies. • Researches, maintains and prepares data reports for compliance with EEO and diversity initiatives. • Creates, updates and maintains confidential employee records in accordance with regulations. • Collaborate with payroll and ensure accurate processing of contributions and deductions. • Leaves of absence administration and backup for benefits administration, open enrollment, and COBRA administration.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of work experience directly related to Human resources, i.e., employee benefits, onboarding & offboarding, recruitment, payroll, or related fields. • A Masters degree in Human Resources, Public Administration or related field. • Experience in public education or public sector HR. • Experience in the collective bargaining process.
