• As the Employee Experience & Impact Specialist, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace by managing employee programs, analyzing people data, and driving engagement initiatives. • Support the management of 10 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering an inclusive culture. • Coordinate logistics for employee programs, including events, training sessions, mentorship programs, and ERG initiatives. • Assist in the facilitation of Spring Health's DEI taskforce, helping employees drive company-wide DEI initiatives. • Act as a point of contact for employee experience-related inquiries and strategic initiatives across Spring. • Collaborate with external organizations, workforce development partners, and community groups to expand outreach and impact.
• 2-3 years of experience in Employee Experience, DEI, Talent Development, or related fields. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Experience supporting DEI programs, employee engagement initiatives, or mentorship programs. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization. • Self-motivated and adaptable, comfortable working in a remote-first, evolving, high-growth environment. • Familiarity with HR systems and analytics tools (e.g., Lattice, Gem, Greenhouse, Tableau) is a plus but not required. • Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and using metrics to inform decision-making. • Experience supporting internal communications is preferred but not required.
