β’ Support HR operations and assist the recruitment team. β’ Manage HR system tasks in PeopleForce, including employee registration, reports, and policies. β’ Provide assistance on HR-related matters across departments. β’ Maintain databases for employees, contractors, and candidates. β’ Handle onboarding processes, including document preparation and technical setup for new employees. β’ Track and update leave records, including authorized and unauthorized absences. β’ Assist with organizing internal events and team activities. β’ Support the recruitment team with hiring processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and research for junior and mid-level positions.
