β’ This is a remote position. β’ The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, assisting with various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and record keeping. β’ This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. β’ Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. β’ Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions. β’ Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. β’ Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. β’ Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes. β’ Support the performance management process, including scheduling reviews and tracking feedback. β’ Prepare HR reports and presentations. β’ Assist with employee relations activities, including organizing company events and initiatives. β’ Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. β’ Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. β’ Manage HR department calendars and schedule meetings. β’ Process and track HR-related invoices and expenses.
β’ Associate's or Bachelor 's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. β’ Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred. β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. β’ Strong organizational and time management skills. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. β’ Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
