• Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday dashboards and analytics to support HR initiatives. • Create custom reports and data visualizations to provide insights for decision-making. • Collaborate with HR teams to identify reporting needs and deliver actionable data solutions. • Assist in navigating and troubleshooting general HRIS functionalities within Workday. • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in HR processes. • Provide training and support to HR staff on utilizing Workday for reporting and analytics. • Participate in HR projects, offering data-driven insights to support strategic goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related discipline preferred or equivalent work experience. • Strong proficiency in Workday reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics. • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with general HRIS navigation and functionality. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people in a team environment.
