Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related discipline preferred or equivalent work experience. • Strong proficiency in Workday reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics. • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with general HRIS navigation and functionality. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people in a team environment.
