Description
• Design and develop ServiceNow to store data in the CMDB • Support configuring and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM • Contribute to maintaining the Data Management Plan • Technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow integrations • Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development • Develop technical solutions, implement them, perform component integration tests • Work with senior leadership and team for development criteria • Intermediate level understanding and programming skills in ServiceNow required • Fundamentals of ITSM, ITIL, and CMDB • Create and manage scripts and workflow • Integrate external data sources into ServiceNow • Build custom dashboards based on data models • Customize and configure workflows and define notifications • Leads integration of new products based on requirements • Address systems integration, compatibility, and platform issues • Consult with project teams to identify application requirements • Assist in evaluating and recommending application software packages
Requirements
• 15+ years of relevant experience • Bachelor’s degree may substitute for 5 years relevant experience • Master’s degree may substitute for bachelor’s degree and 3 years relevant experience • Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) suite of modules • Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations • Development and implementation experience of ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management
