•TEGNA Inc. is an innovative media company that serves the greater good of our communities. •TEGNA is searching for a dynamic Mobile Application Developer to join our Digital Content Team. •This developer will be responsible for supporting existing applications as well as developing new applications within Tegna. •A successful candidate will like learning new technologies/tools and working in a team environment.

Requirements

•Proficient with .NET Core, C#, JSON, and Object-Oriented Design principles •Experience working with Xamarin Native, .NET For Android/iOS considered a plus •Experience with applications that consume data from RESTful APIs/SDKs •Experience with programming and troubleshooting •Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment •Experience developing Mobile applications, enterprise applications a plus •Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git •Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks as needed. •Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application •Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude •Having familiarity with the Google Play Store and Apple App Store considered a plus
