📋 Description
• Lead the strategic direction, development, and optimization of ServiceNow teams priorities. • Collaborate with DHS federal stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements. • Conduct workshops to develop and maintain the product roadmap. • Ensure alignment with business objectives and drive continuous improvement. • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the ServiceNow development team. • Own the ServiceNow product roadmap, defining and prioritizing features and enhancements. • Gather, analyze, and document requirements to translate into user stories.
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to obtain DHS EOD • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an Agile environment. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM and SPM. • Experience working with ServiceNow development teams. • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
