📋 Description

• Set the strategic direction for Analytics products. • Work with stakeholders to understand the business needs and shape the vision and roadmap for data-driven initiatives. • Prioritize and manage the development of data analytics products by working with data teams, and engineers to ensure that products get built efficiently, meet user needs, and provide actionable insights. • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify key challenges and opportunities where data can provide solutions. • Drive adoption of data products. • Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and improvements based on data insights. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to work within an agile framework.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data analytics. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. • Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
